Step #1:

Ship us your shoes or leather products.
Please be sure to include your name, address, phone #.
You may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
(We recommend that you fill out our Contact Form to let us know to expect your package, especially if you are sending us a unique or high value item.)

Step #2:

When we receive your shoes or leather items, we inspect them and call you if needed to confirm the extent of the repair.

Step #3:

We’ll perform the repair for pick up, drop off, or ship them via UPS directly to you.  Shoe repairs typically take only 3-5 days. Leather repairs may take longer.

(Our prices are subject to change based on the condition of the item, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED, OR SERVICES PERFORMED,  WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.)
